Secret Diary of a Call Girl

How is the representation of disability constructed in this clip?

In the very first scene of the clip, when the call girl opens the door, the boy who has come to see her is in a wheel chair. This is the first time we see disability being represented. The girl is quite schocked, that the boys dad has come with him, this also shows us that he is incable to do things on his own as he checks if it is alright if his dad comes in for a while to help him out.
When the call girl tells the two to get comfy, the boy asks for his dads help in getting him out of the wheel chair and onto the bed, this shows another way in which disability is being portrayed.
Soon after, when the father reausres his son that he will be ok, and checks that the two of them have spoken about what he can and cant do, this shows us that he is disabled.
When the call girl then lays down on the bed with him, she asks if he wants her to take his top off he looks very nervous about all this and he explains 'ive never been touched before, apart from my mum, dad and careers, at least not in this way', she then tells him it is all ok, and takes his top off.
When he has no top on, you can tell by his body, he is disabled, this again reminds us of the position he is in.
